Since 2015, the number of employers concerned with the health of their employees' has doubled in Poland - according to a report by Grant Thornton and Medicover.

Fringe benefits are currently a very attractive "bargaining chip" on the job market, which is increasingly used by employers, both to recruit qualified specialists and to retain employees in the company. Health benefits are already being treated by employees as a standard. If employers want to stand out in the market, they must follow trends and offer less common, but still interesting bonuses for various employee groups,

Employee illness is always associated with expenses incurred by the healthcare system, society and the employer. Its overall cost, however, is not always the same. It depends primarily on the type of disease and its incidence, but also on the availability of quick diagnosis and effective treatment. This means that thanks to high-quality medical care, these costs can be significantly reduced,
