Medicover Dentistry has acquired 12 new dental offices, three independent X-ray laboratories and a nearly 55-person team of specialists – dentists, radiologists, hygienists and administrative staff. This is due to the last acquisition, as a result of which three new brands joined the company: Professional Dentistry Studio Addent Kraków, Addent Andrychów, and 5dent Kraków. These clinics specialise in implantology, prosthetics and aesthetic dentistry.
The Addent Kraków, Addent Andrychów and 5dent Krakow clinics provide a full range of dental services, and have extensive experience in prosthetics, implantology, complex implantology and prosthetic procedures, as well as aesthetic dentistry. The new investment is part of Medicover Dentistry’s strategy aimed at increasing the availability of quality dental services in southern Poland. It will help strengthen our position in Kraków, but also extend our reach to Andrychów, as Addent is a leading clinic in this city,
says Wioletta Januszczyk, Managing Director of Medicover Dentistry.
Implantology is an area in which we have been investing heavily for years - both through staff training, as well as developing treatment methods and purchasing modern technologies and equipment. In 2017 we were the first clinic in southern Poland to offer Replicate System implants, which are implants that are individually designed using the CAD/CAM system,
says Dr Tomasz Nowak, founder of Addent Kraków, Addent Andrychów and 5dent Kraków.
Our patients have many services to choose from to achieve a beautiful and natural smile, including teeth whitening treatments, highly aesthetic cavity filling or gingival correction, says Dr Tomasz Nowak. – When it comes to aesthetic dentistry, the new partner will bring new competences in the field of anti-aging dentistry. This is a field that focuses on the aging processes of the teeth and the entire smile. The so-called dental face lifting, using the latest solutions in the field of conservative dentistry, surgery, implantology and prosthetics, can reverse all pathological processes and achieve the effect of a ‘face lift’,
adds Wioletta Januszczyk.
In their everyday practice, our specialists use modern technologies and innovative solutions, such as piezoelectric surgery, an innovative bone surgery technique, and for all surgical procedures we use platelet rich plasma, which allows to achieve the best healing results. During surgical and implantology procedures, we want to us the patient's own material, which is why we use the KometaBio device, allowing us to produce osteogenic material from the patient's own teeth,
says Dr Tomasz Nowak, MD.
